Caracú: it means bone marrow, what’s essential and true, hard to get yet what we look for.
In May 2018 each of us started our own creative search guided by Jorge Manilla.
We shared time and experiences, we observed each other’s work and decided to walk down this path together.
Here we are now, organizing, laughing and arguing and above all working together.
It was difficult to agree on our name, but when it came up we felt it had always belonged to us. We can totally relate to its many connotations, both as individual artists and as a collective.
We are now preparing our first ossobucco stew, it is ours to share.
